THE SLSC SWEETHEARTS RULE!!!

In mixed conditions (little wind at the start, accelerating to a nice brisk breeze, to a cold rain at the very end), eleven SLSC Sweethearts completed our Annual Sweetheart's Regatta.  THE WINNERS ARE!

A Fleet --  1st - Melody Purser on Blue Blazer; 2nd-Anael Pichon on J-Crude; 3rd-Bonnie Phillips on Uh Oh.

B Fleet - 1st-Nan Endemann on Catfish; 2nd-Carol Hansen on Victoria; 3rd-Ann Bolduc on Lattitudes.

Congratulations to all the the lady skippers who participated including Nancy Laub, Sue Thompson, Margrit Nitschke, Angie Masterangelo, Carman Johnson, and Linda Nicol.  Kudos also to the Soon Reach crew of RED HOT DEVILS for being the winners of the costume contest. 

A special thank you to Ann Bolduc for being a capable race coordinator and to Mike Koverman and his crew for volunteering as committee boat.
